Privacy Policy

The Palm Beach Theater Guild, Inc. is concerned with securing the accuracy and privacy of your information. The Guild uses its website to collect personal contact information and credit card information. This information is used primarily to process donations and contributions to the Guild and memberships, ticket sales and other transactions you authorize.  In addition, your information is used to create a record about you in our database or to update your existing record. This information will be available to Guild officers and staff for Guild-related activities.

It is the policy of the Guild to hold the names of our donors, contributors and members in confidence unless one or more of the following conditions apply:

  1. Following common and established practice of charitable organizations, we may list gifts, donations and contributions of such persons in newsletters, annual reports or event or fundraising materials, etc.;
  2. the gift, donation or contribution qualifies for a naming opportunity elected by the donor, contributor or member;
  3. the donor, contributor or member gives express permission to the Guild to make his/her contribution, donation, gift or membership public as part of a written document (such as a gift agreement) or other direct communication;
  4. the Guild is obligated by legal requirements to provide information regarding the gift, donation, contribution or membership.

The Guild may engage with a small number of affinity partners, such as banks and insurance companies, that offer promotions for Guild members, donors or contributors. We screen these partners and believe that they provide value to the Guild community. From time to time the Guild may share your information with these business partners in order that they may offer you their services or products. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by e-mailing us at info@pbtheaterguild.org. When contacting us, please specify which types of communication (e-mail, regular mail, telephone calls, etc.) you no longer wish to receive.

The Guild reserves the right to change this privacy policy or other Guild policies at any time without notice. Refund Policy

By making a charitable gift, donation or contribution to the Palm Beach Theater Guild or by purchasing tickets or entering into another payment transaction with the Guild, a 501(c)(3) organization, the donor, contributor, purchaser or payor understands and agrees that such donations, contributions, purchases and payments are not refundable.
